We work with individuals who are seeking to better their mobility, flexibility, strength and over all sense of wellbeing. Yoga should be accessible for everyone regardless of age, gender, or physical limitations. Our specialty is working with adults 40+, aging populations, and clients with injuries. Modifications and proper alignment are the key to practicing safely and knowing how to achieve this is so important.
